This book by Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati has inspired some lovely new techniques and exercises which we will be incorporating into our classes this year, including fun new breathing games, Yoga Nidra (talking meditation), and a rich background of research detailing the many benefits of practising Yoga at an early to help with self-regulation, resilience and self-love.
