We are one of the largest Infant and Nursery Schools within Derbyshire, and are now into our fourth year of working with Rachel and Wayyoga. Within this time, our experience with Rachel has always been brilliant. Rachel teaches Yoga sessions within our Early Years and Key Stage 1 settings, and also runs an After School Club which is open to all ages. Both the curriculum sessions, and extra-curricular club are really popular, and although there have been times in our busy school where we have had to rearrange days or sessions at the last minute, Rachel has been nothing other than completely understanding and accommodating. Rachel is always very friendly in her interactions with both pupils and staff members, always arrives early to set up the hall, and often stays later than the end time of the session, to help tidy away. Most importantly, all of our pupils only ever have glowing reviews of the yoga sessions on a Wednesday. Having asked a number of our Teachers, the positive reviews continue with the staff that witness the sessions. One reoccurring comment was how Rachel manages to engage the pupils each week with different activities, and that she always makes yoga fun and exciting. In turn, we have also received great feedback from parents, who are amazed that the pupils even get to do yoga within School, and that they have even had lessons from their children as they are now “experts”! In summary, I would recommend Rachel and Wayyoga whole-heartedly and without reservation.
